Members will be charged a $99.00 cancellation fee if they cancel their membership within the first 12 months of initial payment. Cancellation requests MUST be made in writing to the Art Studio or via e-mail: TheBlueStarfishCreativeArtsCenter@gmail.com. The $99.00 cancellation fee may be applied to an annual membership upgrade.
